Transitional home in Wellesley, MA. The previous decor was very traditional and heavy, not working for the current active family. The project started out as a kitchen and family room update, grew to include the mudroom, homework station, powder room, and a more welcoming entry. Where the old look was heavy and didn't match the new owners' personal styles, the new look is bright, welcoming, and fully-functional.
