Circa 18th century traditional home located on a Main Street in a historic town in Connecticut. The house has 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a lovely carriage house.

The owners wanted their home to feel warm and elegant. We have worked together for over 10 years on other homes and they were interested in having a slightly different color palette than their previous homes. A combination of chocolates and pears with the neutrals of taupe and white created a warm contrast of colors.

The architect was Scott Samuelson and Sapia Builders was the contractor. The house won several awards, including the Alice Washburn Award in 2020.
